I honestly cannot praise this care team enough. A genuine 10/10. The carers who visit my father-in-law three times a day are absolutely outstanding. They are incredibly caring, attentive and personal – some are so wonderful with him that you would honestly think they were looking after their own dad. Nothing is ever too much trouble. If we call the office requesting a change, it is dealt with immediately. Ask the carers for something and there are no ifs or buts – they simply help. They are polite, professional and always work around our family home with complete respect. My father-in-law lives with us and we also have a three-year-old daughter, so their support has genuinely given our family some of our life back. Our little girl absolutely LOVES seeing them too! They make her feel included and have become such familiar faces that we genuinely treat them like part of our family. Huge credit must go to the management and training team for producing carers of this standard.
